Certification

Pilates for Life offers certification classes for aspiring Pilates instructors. The program requires 150 hours to complete.

Teacher Training

Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair Certification: This equipment program includes exercises for Reformer, Cadillac and Chair. The course is three days, followed by 10 hours of required practice teaching and self practice in preparation for the exam.

> Refresher course if already certified: $200
