Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair Certification:
This equipment program includes exercises for Reformer, Cadillac and Chair. The course is three days, followed by 10 hours of required practice teaching and self practice in preparation for the exam.

- Test date: November 13 (12:30-5pm)

Refesher course if already certified: $200

Pilates for Life offers certification classes for aspiring Pilates instructors. The program requires 150 hours to complete.
- Next session begins January 2011.
- Apprenticeship-based training program
- Anatomy, class design, and exercises (classic/alternate)
- $1500 (plus required 20 class pass at Pilates for Life)
